Howie DiSavino III – No. 3 Good Sam Chevrolet Silverado Preview- Texas Motor Speedway

News and Notes: 

– Starting Position; DiSavino III will start the SpeedyCash.com 220 from the 30th position when the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) takes to the track on Saturday afternoon. Due to no practice or qualifying the starting lineup was calculated by the competition-based performance metrics system; fastest lap in the previous race 15 percent, driver finish from previous race 25 percent, owner points 25 percent, and driver points 35 percent.

– Texas Motor Speedway Stats; Saturday afternoon’s SpeedyCash.com 220 will mark the first NCWTS event DiSavino III has competed in at the Texas Motor Speedway and second ever NCWTS start. In his debut in April at the Richmond Raceway, DiSavino III would start in the 35th position and bring home a 34th place finish.

– Chassis; JAR will bring Chassis No. 001 to Texas Motor Speedway for Saturday afternoon’s SpeedyCash.com 220 for DiSavino III to compete with, having last competed at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in March Chassis No. 001 earned a 27th place finish with Jordan Anderson behind the wheel. Prior to Las Vegas, No. 001 competed at Texas Motor Speedway in October of 2020 where Anderson would earn a 13th place finish.
