Fast Speed & Perseverance
The Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport Chevrolets hit the track on Saturday with great speed at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, with Jeb Burton posting the fifth fastest overall time in practice.
Burton led the way with a 21st place finish, with Andrew Patterson following just behind in 22nd. Both drivers overcame adversity to finish in respectable positions, but saw their lap times average inside the top-15 throughout the evening. Blaine Perkins spent a majority of the race repairing damage after making slight contact with the outside retaining wall in stage one, coming home in 31st position.
Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport heads to Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend for the running of the Blue Cross NC 300. The team can utilize this mile-and-a-half track configuration to further improve their intermediate program performance.
Hangin’ with the Clydesdales
On Saturday at the South Point Hotel & Casino display, Blaine Perkins and Andrew Patterson were introduced to the famous Budweiser Clydesdales while signing autographs in the fan zone. The horses were stationed nearby and stables were opened up for the drivers.
Bringing Local Vendors to the Track
As part of the “Win with Winsupply” program, Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport was honored to host local Winsupply vendors and employees this past weekend. Highlights included Champion Heating and Cooling, Viega Valve Solutions, and Independent Restoration Services being featured on Andrew Patterson’s No. 32 Chevrolet.
