NASCAR Xfinity Series Race Recap:

– For the fourth straight week, #9-Noah Gragson won the Xfinity Series race, this time picking up his first victory at Texas Motor Speedway. With the win, Gragson tied Sam Ard for most consecutive wins in series history (1983). He led a race-high 85 laps en route to his seventh triumph of the season.

– #21-Austin Hill finished second, 1.2 seconds behind Gragson. #54-Ty Gibbs came from the rear of the field to finish third, with #16-AJ Allmendinger and #98-Riley Herbst rounding out the top five.

– #8-Josh Berry ended the 300-mile race in sixth, as #2-Sheldon Creed, #1-Sam Mayer, #39-Ryan Sieg and #38-CJ McLaughlin made up the top 10.

– #11-Daniel Hemric won the opening stage, his first stage win since the season opener at Daytona. Hemric was involved in a third stage melee, dropping him to 30th in the finishing order. #16-Allmendinger won Stage 2, but also was involved in a third stage wreck.

– There were 14 lead changes among seven drivers and nine cautions for 52 yellow flag laps.

– The average speed of the race was 113.672 mph.

After being recorded in the 20nd spot in the finishing order in Saturday’s Andy’s Frozen Custard 300 at Texas Motor Speedway, Myatt Snider remains in the 17th position in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) Driver Point Standings thru 27 events.

After the completion of the Andy’s Frozen Custard 300 at Texas Motor Speedway, JAR remains in the 23rd position in the NXS Owner Point Standings after Snider’s 20th place finish on Saturday afternoon.
