Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport Post-Race Report – Chicagoland Speedway

Cuervo 300

Jeb Burton, No. 27 Bommarito Automotive Group Chevrolet

Stage 1 Finish: 27th
Stage 2 Finish: 23rd
Finish: 20th

“At Chicagoland we were fast in practice and could make some hay on restarts, but it just doesn’t seem like we had our No. 27 car where we needed it. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best day, but finished 20th. We kept the car clean so all in all, it was a solid day for us.”

Blaine Perkins, No. 31 GFL Environmental Chevrolet

Stage 1 Finish: 32nd
Stage 2 Finish: 30th
Finish: 32nd

“It was a fun time in Chicagoland this past weekend. We were really excited to get back to that race track, and we had a fun time with everyone from GFL Environmental. (I) appreciate them coming on board. I wish we could’ve given a better run on the race track, I know everyone back at the shop is working hard. We just didn’t quite have the luck on our side this weekend, so really excited to get to Atlanta.”

Rajah Caruth, No. 32 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet

Stage 1 Finish: 26th
Stage 2 Finish: 21st
Finish: 25th

“Enjoyed our sport’s return to Chicagoland! I remember watching our sport race here during the TNT summer stretch and at the start of “The Chase” as a kid. We fought hard on the balance and speed in our No. 32 Hendrickcars.com Chevy but never gave up, and I am both proud and thankful for the effort of everyone on board.”
