– Practice; After the completion of safety and engine inspection on Friday morning teams would take to the Phoenix Raceway for a 50-minute practice session. Running 28 laps during his practice session, Jeb Burton would record a fast lap of 28.048 at 128.351 mph on his final lap of the practice session placing the No. 27 A.O. Smith Chevrolet 15th fast of the 38 cars entered for the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) Championship Race.
– Starting Position; Bright and early Saturday morning at 9:00 AM MT teams will need to pass NASCAR technical inspection prior to lining up for NXS qualifying at 2:00 PM MT (4:00 PM ET) to determine the starting order for Saturday afternoon’s NXS Championship Race. In 2024, intermediate-track qualifying would consist of a single round of single car qualifying for one lap. Burton is scheduled to be the 26th car on track to make his qualification run. Qualifying will be shown in its entirety on USA Network and the NBC Sports App.
– Phoenix Raceway Stats; Making his ninth NXS start at Phoenix Raceway, Burton holds an average finish of 18.0 in eight previous starts. Capturing a career best 6th place finish in March of 2021. Burton comes into this weekend holding a 96% lap completion rate with 1547 laps completed of the attempted 1611. In March’s Call811.com Every Dig. Every Time. 200 Burton would qualify in the 17th position and would be recorded in the 35th position after being involved in a race ending crash on Lap-143.

Completing 27 laps during his practice session, Retzlaff would record a fast lap of 27.843 at 129.296 mph on Lap-3 placing the No. 31 FUNKAWAY / Real Tree Chevrolet 8thquick of the 38 cars entered for the NXS Championship Race.
