– Practice; After the completion of NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) technical inspection on Friday afternoon, Jeb Burton and the Puryear Tank Lines No. 27 will first see the unique Tri-Oval of the 2.5-mile Pocono Raceway in a 15-minute practice session on Saturday morning. NXS Practice at Pocono will be split into two groups with Burton rolling out onto the track part of Group B at 10:17 AM ET. Coverage of practice will air LIVE on USA Network beginning at 10 AM ET.
– Starting Position; Immediately at the conclusion of Burton’s 15-minute practice session, Group B teams will be given 10-minutes to fuel, change tires, and make minor adjustments before moving into Explore the Pocono Mountains 225 qualifying at 10:30 AM ET. Qualifying will consist of one-lap for one-round with multiple cars on track at the same time. Burton is scheduled to go out on track 25th in the order to make his lap. With 38 cars entered, no one will miss the race. Qualifying will be shown in its entirety LIVE on USA Network (USA) following NXS practice.
– Pocono Raceway Stats; Saturday’s NXS Explore the Pocono Mountains 225 will mark Burton’s fourth NXS start at Pocono Raceway. In three previous starts, Burton holds an average finish of 17.7 with an 83.8% lap completion rate finishing 228 laps of the possible 272. Burton’s best Pocono finish would come in 2021 where he would finish in the 8th position after starting 5th. Last season Burton would look to earn redemption of the season prior (2022) when the Virginia native would flip on the front straightaway avoiding a spinning car on a restart. Starting in the 12th position Burton would have a fast car all day to maintain his position to come home with a 12th place finish at the completion of 92-Laps.

– Practice; Once given the go ahead from NXS officials in mandatory technical inspection on Friday afternoon, Parker Retzlaff and the No. 31 FUNKAWAY Chevrolet will first see the “Tricky Tri-Angle” of Pocono Raceway in a 15-minute practice session on Saturday morning. NXS Practice at Pocono will be split into two groups with Retzlaff being in Group A at 10:00 AM ET. Coverage of practice will air LIVE on USA Network beginning at 10 AM ET.

– Pocono Raceway Stats; On Saturday afternoon Retzlaff will make his second NXS start at Pocono Raceway. In his lone start last season, Retzlaff would qualifying in the 19th position and experience an axle issue at mid-point of the race loosing valuable track position after going behind the wall for eight laps for repairs. At the conclusion of the 92-laps Retzlaff would be scored in the 35th position.
