  • Lap 98: 12; Caution; No. 11 spins from second after trying to block the No. 9. No. 19, No. 98, No. 08, No. 23, No. 7, No. 44, & No. 27 all collected

  • Lap 104: 10; Caution; No. 98 pushes No. 68 in third. No. 68 makes contact with the wall causing a big wreck involving the No. 02, No. 4, No. 5, No. 14, No. 36, No. 28, No. 39, No. 45, No. 48, No. 54, No. 66 & No. 31. Snider would spin into the grass to avoid the cars wrecking in front of him.

  • Lap 111: 10; Caution; No. 16 spins No. 9 on the backstretch with the No. 9 tries to block. No. 9 hits the outside wall hard in Turn-3. No. 11, No. 54, No. 02, No. 78, No. 31 all involved. Snider barely makes contact with the spinning No. 9 and spins into the grass.

  • Lap 114: Penalty; Pitting before pit road is open sent to the tail end of the longest line, No. 16 runs out of fuel under caution 
  • Lap 116: 15; Restart; Overtime No. 3; No. 21 has an issue with his gauges as the leader under caution and doesn’t fire 
  • Lap 117: 12; Caution; No. 98 spins as the field come to the white flag. Race is deemed complete

NASCAR Xfinity Series Race Recap:

– It took three overtimes, but #51-Jeremy Clements upset the Xfinity Series field at Daytona, winning the Wawa 250. This is the second win of Clements’ career, and first since 2017.

– #13-Timmy Hill finished a career high second. #16-AJ Allmendinger was involved in multiple incidents and finished third. #68-Brandon Brown and #45-Sage Karam rounded out the top five.

– #6-Ryan Vargas placed sixth, as #54-Ty Gibbs, #36-Alex Labbe, #66-JJ Yeley and #38-Kyle Sieg filled out the top 10.

– #54-Gibbs won the opening stage, his fourth of the season. #9-Gragson picked up his 11th stage victory of the season in the second stage.

– There were 19 lead changes among 12 drivers and 10 cautions for 41 yellow flag laps.

– The average speed of the race was 113.328 mph.

After the completion of the WaWa 250 at Daytona International Speedway, JAR remains in the 23rd position in the NXS Owner Point Standings after Snider’s 12rd place effort on Friday night.
